Some things are better explored in your own space, at your own pace, with someone whose full attention is on you.
One to one coaching is for people who want that – whether the topic feels too personal for a group setting, or simply because you know you do your best thinking when the space is yours entirely.
What happens in a session
We begin with what’s happening for you right now and what you want. I observe and listen – not just to your words, but to the way you express yourself, the patterns in how you think and speak and move. I reflect back what I notice. What’s already there – the skills, the capabilities, the strengths you’ve been carrying without fully noticing them. Because when you can see yourself as clearly as others already do, moving toward what you want starts feeling natural.
People come to one to one coaching for many different reasons.
One person wanted to feel more clarity and calm in everyday situations. We explored what clarity and calm actually meant to her – and drew on moments in her life when she had already felt exactly that. She felt that shift in the session itself and left with the ability to access that feeling any time she chooses.
Another came wanting to set up his own business but wasn’t sure how. Through our sessions he realised that what had been holding him back was a belief that he couldn’t do it. Once he could see the value he had to offer – his skills in marketing and social media – he started designing his own website and promoting his work, and now he’s doing it.
Some people arrive navigating a significant life transition. Some are carrying self-doubt that has been there so long it feels like fact. Some simply know that something needs to change but aren’t yet sure what.
Wherever you are starting from, the work begins there – and moves at a pace that feels right for you.
